AB If  all  variation  were  bad,  solutions  would  be  easy.  The  difficulty  is  in  reducing  the  bad  variation,  which  reflects  the  limits  of  professional  knowledge  and  failures  in  its  application,  while  preserving  the  good  variation  that  makes  care  patient  centered.
