Noack Syndrome is now considered to be identical to ☞Acrocephalosyndactyly Type V (Pfeiffer Syndrome). Patients present with enlarged thumbs, duplication of the great toes, and moderate acrocephaly.

Named after Margot Noack, a 20th-century German orthopedist. The family described by Noack in 1959 was initially reported as Apert Syndrome, later considered to be a separate form of acrocephalopolysyndactyly until it was finally determined to be identical to Pfeiffer Syndrome.
