AB A  very  rare  polymalformative  syndrome  characterized  by  diaphragmatic  hernia  and  unusual  facies.  The  proportion  of  patients  who  survive  the  neonatal  period  represents  only  14%  of  reported  cases.  The  majority  of  these  infants  is  stillborn  or  dies  in  early  neonatal  period.
