AB It  is  a  rare  polymalformative  syndrome  with  lymphedema  endocrine  disorders,  and  progressive  renal  failure.  It  is  characterized  by  a  prolapse  of  the  bicuspid  aortic  valve,  progressive  kidney  failure,  congenital  lymphedema,  hypoparathyroidism,  and  very  short  phalanges.  Other  features  include  mild  facial  dysmorphism,  hypertrichosis,  and  nail  abnormalities.
