AB TTN  is  a  self-limited  disorder  characterized  by  tachypnea  and  other  signs  of  mild  respiratory  distress  such  as  retractions  and  cyanosis.Occurs  secondary  to  a  delayed  clearance  of  fetal  lung  liquid,  which  leads  to  airway  compression,  bronchiolar  collapse,  and  air  trapping.
